This policy explains what askre.group collects when you visit it or request a quote, why, and how to reach us about it. The site is operated by ASK Re Insurance and Reinsurance Consultants S.A.R.L, Chtoura, Lebanon.

Information we collect

The quote calculators run in your browser: the values you enter are not stored on our servers. When you press a WhatsApp button, the message you see is opened in WhatsApp and only reaches us if you send it. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: they record the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, how you arrived, and how you interact with pages, including clicks and scrolling, using cookies and similar technologies. We also keep our own visit log of clicks on quote, call and WhatsApp buttons, with the pages viewed before them and a random browser ID.

How we use information

Messages and calls you send us are used to prepare your quote, place and service your insurance, and handle claims. Analytics and the visit log are used to improve the site and to understand which pages help people find the right cover. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

To quote, place or service cover, we share the details you give us with the insurance and reinsurance companies we work with. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation process analytics data on our behalf. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

Retention

Information about quotes, policies and claims is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed broker. The visit log is kept for up to two years. Google Analytics data follows the retention period set on our account, and Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for thirty days.

Your choices and contact
