- Hospitalisation is in class SK within a limited network: all hospitals except AUH, Clemenceau Medical Center, Hôtel-Dieu de France, St. George Orthodox Hospital, Rizk Hospital, Bellevue Medical Center and Mount Lebanon Hospital.
- Premiums are paid 100% in cash USD.
- Renewals above age 60 are referred to the insurer.

How much does domestic worker insurance cost in Lebanon?
With ASK Re, Plan A costs $65 a year for a female worker and $100 for a male worker. Plan B costs $100 and $145, and Plan C costs $175 for both. Prices are per worker per year, paid in cash USD.
Which plan should I choose?
Plan A covers hospital bills up to $23,000 with no outpatient cover. Plan B raises medical cover to $35,000 and adds one outpatient visit a year at 85%. Plan C gives the most protection: $75,000 of medical cover, three outpatient visits a year and higher repatriation and disability limits.
Does this policy meet the Ministry of Labour requirements?
Yes. All three plans are issued in line with Ministry of Labour decision No. 52/1 and include deportation expenses as per regulations.
What are the age limits?
Plans A and B cover workers aged 18 to 60, and Plan C workers aged 18 to 55. Renewals above 60 are referred to the insurer.
Which hospitals can the worker use?
The plans use a limited network: all hospitals except AUH, Clemenceau Medical Center, Hôtel-Dieu de France, St. George Orthodox Hospital, Rizk Hospital, Bellevue Medical Center and Mount Lebanon Hospital.
